Controlling your personal information

You may at anytime unsubscribe from any newsletters or mailing list emails by following the unsubscribe link on the emails or unticking the subscribe to mailing list box under your account details when logged into the site.

If you require us to provide you with you the information that is held by us or you wish to correct, block or delete any data, then please write to the Data Protection Officer at Nuenta Ltd, Unit 31, Rumer Hill Business Estate, Cannock, Staffs. WS11 0ET. We shall endeavour to provide the requested information within 30 working days.

We never sell, transfer or share your data with any third parties without your prior permission.

Our privacy policy applies to all of our group companies. Our lawful basis for processing data is classed as Legitimate Interest by the ICO. We will hold record of your personal contact information and may use it for marketing our services to you unless you exercise your right to opt out or have your data deleted (See Unsubscribing from communications above). If however, you ask us to provide you with a quotation for our services, our lawful basis for holding your data is covered under the Contract basis. In either case, you have the rights to access, correct and delete your data unless we are holding your data for the purposes of fulfilling our legal obligations. We will share your data with other members of our group where you have requested products or services from us which we do not supply but which are supplied by other group companies. The data will be shared solely to enable such companies to respond to your request.
