Cordivari Heat Pump Buffer Tanks (Caldo-Freddo)

The Volano Termico Caldo-Freddo R/C GB VT can work in hot or cold water systems, offering the flexibility across the seasons. Made from Mild Steel, the tank has hard insulation of at least 30mm.

These buffer tanks are fitted with a hard insulation box. They are used in Air Source and Ground Source systems to ensure the efficient running of heat pumps. They are essential to heat a large volume of water, which in turn reduces the size of heat pump required in the cylinder. This will increase the longevity of the heat pump compressor and reduce the cylinder time, hence reducing the overall running costs.

The Caldo-Freddo is available in sizes from 100 to 2000 litres with some held for stock in our UK warehouses. Please be aware that these tanks do not include the G3 kit.
